Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available at selected locations.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable) so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Zivakey is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or phone numbers.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zivakey.com.

A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for verification of damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims.

Lost Shipments

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@zivakey.com. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
