Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Damages and Wrong Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product due to our mistake, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process such claims, a clear unboxing video recorded from the time the package is opened is mandatory.
If a valid unboxing video is provided and the issue is verified, we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Claims regarding damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, worn, washed, or altered.

The original tags have been removed, broken, or damaged.

The product is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Clearance or final sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return request has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
